About Kaela Groff

2nd Season

Kaela’s passion for dance began in Phoenix, Arizona, where she spent 9 years on a competitive dance team. She quickly grew fond of the convention and competition scene, honing her skills in various styles at Adaptive Force, including tap, ballet, hip-hop, and jazz. With her studio’s support, she earned a spot in the prestigious Hollywood Connection Teen Company. During her time with Hollywood Connection, Kaela’s dedication and talent earned her the titles of Teen Company Member of the Year and Producer Icon of the Year.

After graduating, Kaela relocated to Los Angeles to pursue her dream of a professional dance career. Since the move, she has performed with renowned artists such as Rihanna, J-Lo, Jojo Siwa, and more. She currently trains and performs with Hannah Gallagher’s HMG Company and is honored to be traveling as a Pro-assistant with Hollywood Connection. Having danced since the age of 4, Kaela is excited to continue her journey in the dance world and is committed to building a lasting career in the industry.
