About Katya Juarez

1st Season

Katya Juarez started dancing when she was 3 years old at Dance Expressions, in her hometown of Brownsville Texas. She began her competitive training in all styles when she turned 7. At the age of 11 she became a teacher assistant and quickly became a mentor and leader to younger students. At 16 she was given her own class and by then had already collaborated with her duet partner in choreographing their award winning duets. By her junior year, she had been sought out by other high school dance teams to choreograph for their competitive season. Her senior year at her studio she choreographed for their competition team and will continue to work with and train their dancers.

Katya has been trained and mentored by Eneyda  Dimas, Eliza Zambrano, Gene Tapia, and Teya Wild.

She has been an HC Teen Company Member for 3 years and is so excited to continue her dance journey with Hollywood Connection as a Pro Assistant!!
