Q: Who is your biggest dance inspiration, and how have they influenced your style?
A: The dancer who continues to inspire me every day is Sean Lew because he is such a well-rounded performer. I have always admired how easily he infuses his personal style into the choreography and still maintains the clarity of the movement. He is such a powerful storyteller and is so captivating to watch!
Q: What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone just starting out in dance?
A: Be open minded especially with the things that may be out of your comfort zone! The only way to grow is through taking those risks and being patient with yourself.
Q: Is there a dance technique or style you’ve always wanted to learn but haven’t tried yet?
A: I’m a BIG FAN of Dancing with the Stars, and I would love to train in all of the ballroom techniques! Specifically Cha-Cha and Rumba because those are my favorite to watch!
